You book and we confirm

After booking, we send you a short pre-work list. Three things to pull together. Takes 10–30 minutes depending on how organized your numbers are.

About the Board Review.

Is this a sales call?
No. A sales call is free and designed to pitch you. The Board Review costs $1,500 and produces five written deliverables. We're looking at your business and telling you what we find. If the Sprint is the right move, we'll say so. If it's not, we'll say that too.
What if I don't do the Sprint after?
You keep all five deliverables. The constraint map, the action plan, the play selection — all of it is yours. You can act on it yourself. The credit toward the Sprint expires after 30 days, but the report doesn't expire.
How does the $50K guarantee work?
We guarantee we'll find at least $50,000 in annual waste or missed revenue — from your own data, not benchmarks or estimates. If we can't find it in the session, you pay nothing. Every business we've worked with at this revenue level has had more than $50K in recoverable value. But the guarantee is there.
What do I need to bring?
We'll send a short pre-work list after you book. Three to four things to pull together — bank statements or a P&L summary, a team roster, your tool list, and a written answer to one question. If you can't pull everything, bring what you have. We'll get the rest in the session.
