The Position Check confirms the fit. After that, everything moves fast.

The Board Review is $1,500. We look at your numbers, your team, and your time. We find what's broken and what it's costing you. You get a written report. And if we don't find $50,000 in recoverable value, you pay nothing.

If the Board Review shows the Sprint is the right move, we walk you through exactly what that looks like. You decide from there.

About the Position Check.

Is this really free?
Yes. The Position Check costs nothing. There's no card required to book. It's a 20-minute call. If we decide to move forward, the next step is the Board Review at $1,500.
Is this a sales call?
No. A sales call is when someone pitches you regardless of fit. We use this 20 minutes to figure out if we can actually help you. If we can't, we tell you that. We'd rather lose 20 minutes than take your money and underdeliver.
What do I need to prepare?
Nothing. Show up to the call. We ask the questions. You answer. That's it. If you want to think about your revenue number and your team size ahead of time, that's helpful — but it's not required.
What if I'm not a fit?
We'll tell you straight. We'll explain why, and if we can point you toward something more useful for where you are right now, we will. No hard feelings. No pressure.
What happens right after the call?
If we're a fit, we send you the Board Review link. You book and pay for the Board Review ($1,500) on your own timeline. If we need more time to think or you want to talk it over, that's fine too. There's no hard close at the end of the Position Check.
